1.2. To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

1.3. Returns are applicable within 7 days after receiving your product.

1.4. Products that were on sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

1.5. All Customized products like number plates are not eligible for return or exchange or refunds.


2. Return Process:

2.2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

2.3. If your return request is approved, carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original tags and packaging.

2.5. We will schedule a return pickup for you which you will be able to track.

2.6. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will proceed with the refund or exchange process.


3. Return Conditions:

3.1. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

3.2. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned item(s) do not meet the conditions mentioned above.

3.3. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

3.4. If a discount or coupon was applied to the original purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.


4. Refunds:

4.1. If your return is approved, we will process the refund using the original form of payment used for the purchase.

4.2. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

4.3. The timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


5. Exchanges:

5.1. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above.

5.2. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the requested replacement item(s) to the provided shipping address.


6. Non-Returnable Items:

6.1. The following items are non-returnable:

- Items marked as sale or clearance.


7. Cancellation Policy:

7.1. Orders can only be canceled if they haven't been shipped and the request is made within the first 24 hours after purchase.
