1. Eligibility for Returns:

1.1. We accept returns only for items purchased directly from Manifest Outlet.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

1.3. Returns are applicable within 7 days after receiving your product.

2. Return Process:

2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@manifestoutlet.com Provide the necessary information, including your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting evidence.

2.2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

2.3. If your return request is approved, carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original tags and packaging.

2.5. We will schedule a return pickup for you which you will be able to track.

2.6. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will proceed with the refund or exchange process.

3. Return Conditions:

3.1. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

3.2. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned item(s) do not meet the conditions mentioned above.

3.3. Products that have been fully or partially assembled are generally non-returnable. In exceptional circumstances, Manifest may review return requests at its sole discretion if a genuine issue is reported and the product is returned in good condition with all original pieces and packaging.

3.4. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

3.5. If a discount or coupon was applied to the original purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

4. Refunds:

4.1. If your return is approved, we will process the refund using the original form of payment used for the purchase.

4.2. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

4.3. The timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

5. Exchanges:

5.1. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above.

5.2. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the requested replacement item(s) to the provided shipping address.

6. Non-Returnable Items

6.1. The following items are non-returnable:

6.1.1 Items that appear to have been used.

6.1.2 Items damaged by the customer.

6.1.3 Items with missing pieces, unless the issue is reported upon delivery or is due to a manufacturing defect.

7. Cancellation Policy:

7.1. Orders can only be cancelled if they haven't been dispatched and the request is made within the first 24 hours after purchase.

7.2. Orders may be returned after delivery, subject to the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 1 (Eligibility for Returns).

 

8. Modifications to the Return Policy:

8.1. Manifest reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
