You get to assemble the model yourself from scratch. All the parts are included in the package and even some extras just in case one may lose them.

We sincerely apologize for any issues with missing or defective pieces in your Manifest set. To resolve this:

1. Double-check your entire set.

2. If pieces are missing or defective, take screenshots of the instructions and mark the problematic or missing parts along with the quantity.

3. Email the images and your order number to info.manifestoutlet@gmail.com .

Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your product. We'll promptly investigate and send the necessary replacements.

Yes, we offer custom orders for some dream cars. Contact us on our social media channels (@get_manifest) or email us at info.manifestoutlet@gmail.com for custom orders.

We provide digital instructions accessible by scanning the QR code on your package. Use your smartphone to scan the QR code, and you'll be directed to the digital instructions for your set.

To cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, please contact us. 

Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. You will need to initiate a return for a refund.

We have a 7 days return policy which means that you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
